We are seeking a motivated, reliable HVAC Technician Helper to join our growing team. No prior HVAC experience is required—we are fully prepared to train the right candidate on the job! However, a valid Gas Technician License (G2) is required to start.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a trade school graduate or licensed individual looking to gain hands-on field experience alongside
technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

​Assist lead technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial HVAC and gas systems.
​Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials for daily jobs.
​Prepare job sites, clear debris, and maintain clean, safe work areas.
​Perform basic equipment prep, tube bending, and pipe assembly under supervision.
​Interact professionally with clients on-site.

Qualifications:

​1. Valid Gas License (minimum; G2 preferred).
​2. No experience required
​3.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
​4.Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn.
5.​Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varied environments (attics, crawlspaces).
