Position Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated and personable Car Sales Representative to join our team. In this commission-based role, you’ll be responsible for showcasing used vehicles, conducting test drives, negotiating deals, and providing excellent customer service. You’ll also assist with general dealership operations including vehicle upkeep and office support.

What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist customers in selecting the right vehicle
Conduct vehicle showings and test drives
Explain vehicle features, history, and pricing clearly and confidently
Negotiate deals and close sales professionally
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and lot presentation
Provide top-tier customer service throughout the buying process
Support office operations such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, responding to social media ads, and general coverage
Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in automotive sales or customer service is an asset
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Professional appearance and attitude
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Flexible availability (evenings/weekends)

Compensation:
100% Commission-Based
