My 2026 garlic is now cured and ready for sale. It was grown locally without chemical fertilizer or pesticides. I have about 60 pounds of Porcelain/Music and about 10 pounds of Rocambole and a lesser quantity of Elephant garlic to sell. These are very large bulbs with 3-4 in a pound. Porcelain garlic has 4-6 huge cloves in a bulb which make it best for big garlic lovers and the rocambole has a more earthy flavour with many varied sized cloves in a bulb. Bought now, this garlic can be planted this fall or stored well up until April or May in a cool dry place like a basement for eating. I am selling the porcelain garlic and rocambole @ $7 a pound.
