Warehouse & Installation Technician
Location: Richmond Hill, ON
Pay: CA$19.00–CA$21.00 per hour
Job Summary
HNR Solutions is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse & Installation Technician to join our growing team. This position combines warehouse operations with on-site installation work, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and working in a variety of environments.
Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
Receive, unload, inspect, label, and store incoming inventory.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts.
Prepare and verify outgoing orders for accuracy.
Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and efficient.
Track and maintain tools, equipment, and supplies.
Installation Duties
Install shelving, racking, mezzanines, and storage systems.
Read and interpret installation drawings and layouts.
Safely operate hand and power tools, including drills and saws.
Ensure all installations are level, secure, and completed to specifications.
Troubleshoot installation issues and communicate progress with the office.
Maintain a clean and professional job site.
Provide excellent customer service while working on-site.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of forklift experience.
Valid Full G Driver's License.
Clean driving record.
Auto insurance history.
Ability to lift heavy materials on a regular basis.
Experience using drills, saws, and other hand and power tools.
Strong English communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Scissor lift experience.
Manufacturing experience.
Construction experience.
Experience installing racking, shelving, or storage systems.
Additional Information
Travel to customer sites is required (up to one hour from the office).
Occasional out-of-town and out-of-country travel may be required (all travel expenses paid).
Early morning starts and occasional extended hours based on project requirements.
