We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Custom Millwork Installer Helper to join our team on high-end residential and custom millwork projects.

Our work involves custom cabinetry, kitchens, vanities, wall units, closets, panels and architectural millwork, where precision, cleanliness and attention to detail are extremely important.

Responsibilities include:

* Assisting lead installers with custom millwork installations
* Loading, unloading and handling cabinetry/materials carefully
* Using basic hand and power tools
* Helping with measuring, leveling, fitting and adjustments
* Keeping the job site clean and organized
* Protecting finished surfaces and working carefully in occupied/high-end homes
* Following instructions and working efficiently with the installation team

Ideal candidate:

* Some construction, carpentry or millwork experience preferred
* Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
* Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality workmanship
* Reliable, punctual and hardworking
* Able to lift and safely handle cabinetry and millwork
* Willing to learn custom millwork installation techniques
* Professional and respectful on client job sites
* Valid driver’s licence and access to transportation is an asset
