Mr. Pretzels is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Restaurant Supervisor to join our team!
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience is a MUST
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant operations
Lead and support team members
Ensure excellent customer service
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and company standards
Handle opening/closing duties and cash procedures
Assist with inventory and daily operational tasks
