Blinds Concept is a growing custom window treatment company serving Atlantic Canada, offering premium brands including Hunter Douglas, Graber, and Norman. We're looking for a personable, sales-driven In-Home Sales Consultant to visit customers in their homes, guide them through their window treatment options, and close the sale.

What You'll Do
Visit customers' homes to consult on window treatment options and guide them toward the right products for their space and style
Sell our products, building rapport and helping customers make confident decisions
Measure windows accurately to prepare an estimate
Prepare and send customers their quote/estimate by email
Follow up with customers to answer questions and close the sale
Bring measurement and order details back to the office and support light office work as needed
What We're Looking For
A valid driver's license, with the ability to drive a company pickup truck
A natural salesperson — comfortable building rapport and closing deals face-to-face
Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-first attitude
Attention to detail for accurate measurements and estimates
Organized and reliable, comfortable with some follow-up and office tasks
No prior experience in window treatments required — full training provided
