Caribinal Creations Ltd. is a growing renovation company specializing in basement development,
renovations, legal suites, kitchens, bathrooms, and residential construction.
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Skilled Renovation Carpenter / Finisher to join
our team.

What You'll Do
The successful candidate will be involved in various stages of residential renovation and basement
development, including:
• Framing walls and ceilings
• Drywall installation and finishing
• Door and trim installation
• Baseboards, casings, and finishing carpentry
• Flooring installation
• Cabinet and fixture installation
• Demolition and preparation
• General renovation and construction work

• Reading and working from drawings and project plans
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Identifying problems and finding practical solutions on site

What We're Looking For
• 3 years of residential renovation/carpentry experience
• Strong framing and finishing skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Able to follow plans, measurements, and instructions accurately
• Good communication skills
• Able to work efficiently while maintaining quality
• Own basic hand tools is an asset
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation is an asset
