Northstone Ltd. is building a Calgary canvassing team to introduce our exterior construction services and connect interested property owners with Northstone for estimates. Training on our services, lead standards and approved messaging will be provided.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
-Canvass mutually agreed residential turf areas in Calgary
-Introduce Northstone using approved messaging and materials
-Identify interested homeowners and qualify basic project needs
-Collect authorized contact details and book estimate appointments
-Submit accurate leads promptly and professionally

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Confident, respectful communication and reliability
Comfort with door-to-door conversations and rejection
A smartphone and dependable access to assigned turf areas
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Sales experience is an asset, but not required

COMPENSATION:
$300 for every eligible project generated by your lead that sells - regardless of project size.
