JFC CONSTRUCTEK INC is looking at hiring two metal cladders with at least 1 year experience.
More experience the better.

What you need :

-Valid driver licence and own vehicle
-Valid Fall protection ticket
-Valid CSTS ticket
-Physically fit enough to work in scaffolds/on roofs.
-Own personal tools (red/green snips, folder, speed. square, tape measure)
-Must be reliable . One warning , second warning and third your'e out.
-Must be able to work in cold weather as we work outside most of the year.


Your tasks will be :

-Cutting materials such as wall membrane/roof membrane/rigid insulation, metal cladding profiles.
-Cutting assembling metal flashings together prior to install the metal cladding and insulation.
-Installing wall/roof membrane with rigid insulation and metal bars.
-Working from heights such as on sloped roofs or scaffolds.

What we offer :

-Competitive wages ($33-36/hour for first year, $36-38 for second year)
***First year meaning you have one full year completed performing claddibg task under your belt***
-12.5% Holiday pay on top of hourly wage.
-Career avancement ...If you are willing to learn , we will teach you the trade and will make sure we keep you busy.
-Monday to Friday employment with Saturday's optional.
-Health benefit to be discussed after 3 months.
-We are a small company with very friendly crew. You will not be an employee number with us.

The pay is paid by direct deposit ,twice a month , on the 15th and the 31st or last day of the month.

Hours after 44 hours/week are banked with time off in exchange.
