Established landscaping and property-maintenance company is hiring a reliable, experienced foreman to become a key member of our team.

This is a hands-on working-foreman position. You must be capable of leading crews, solving problems independently and producing professional work without constant supervision.

Required experience:

* Patio and paving-stone installation
* Grading and drainage
* Sod and landscape installation
* Retaining walls
* Decorative rock and mulch
* Lawn-care equipment and property maintenance
* Crew leadership and job-site organization
* Reading measurements, establishing elevations and planning material requirements

Requirements:

* Valid driver’s licence and clean, reliable driving habits
* Dependable attendance and communication
* Strong problem-solving ability
* Comfortable operating landscaping equipment
* Willingness to work longer days when projects and weather require it
* Ability to maintain quality while keeping a crew productive
* Professional communication with customers and team members

Compensation:

* Paid working trial starting at $25/hour
* $25/hour for lawn-care and maintenance work
* $30/hour for landscaping, hardscaping and qualified foreman work
* Opportunity for consistent hours and a long-term leadership position
