Clara Carpentry is looking for a reliable skilled labourer to join our growing small business. We are family owned and operated and specialize in residential renovation and deck/fence projects. We pride ourselves on high-quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.

Key duties and responsibilities:

- Assist with the demolition, site preparation, and cleanup of residential job sites.
- Safely operate and handle hand and power tools (drills, saws, levels, etc.).
- Perform basic carpentry, drywalling, painting, and flooring tasks.
- Load and unload materials and ensure tools are organized and accessible.

Requirements:

- Experience preferred but willing to train
- Valid Class 5 Manitoba drivers license and reliable transportation is a MUST
- Basic understanding of renovation tools and building materials
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive, team-player attitude
- Wage dependent on experience
