I'm an adult university student currently completing an Education practicum, so I'm ideally looking for someone who understands and appreciates a university/student schedule and a quieter home environment.

You would have your own private bedroom, with the kitchen, living room, bathrooms and laundry shared.

The Home Environment
This is a quiet home, not a party house.
I'm looking for someone who is responsible and respectful of the other people living in the fourplex and the neighbours.
I'd like to maintain a 9 PM quiet time out of respect for the neighbours.

Utilities currently average approximately $360/month total, so your typical share would be around $180/month.
That puts the expected monthly cost at approximately $1,055/month, depending on actual utility usage.

About Me
I'm an adult university student completing an Education practicum. My schedule can be busy, and I'm looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, and comfortable living in a quieter shared home.

The lease is currently in my name, and this would be a sublet subject to landlord approval.
Because I'm ultimately responsible for the tenancy, I'll be looking for someone who seems like a good fit for the home and will respect the property and neighbours.
