Full-Time or Part-Time Customer Service & Warehouse Assistant Hybrid Position

Ace Annison Ltd. is actively recruiting for the position of a Warehouse Assistant. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Warehouse Assistant is accountable for delivering and coordinating all sales orders in time to customers; and is also responsible for managing an effective inventory control in a 10,000 sqf warehouse environment. There is a future potential that this person will be promoted to an official Warehouse Supervisor or Manager managing the whole warehouse and other staff. A full week – 3 days – training will be provided if no experiences in the past.

Job Requirements/Responsibilities:
* Honestly and Integrity is a must.
* Must be in good physical health and good memory.
* No education degree required: skills can be taught but no bad attitude. It can’t be tolerated.
* Energetic reliable individuals with a solid fluency of English.
* The individual must be comfortable lifting up to 11-25 kg / 25-60 lb.
* Picking and packaging outgoing orders into boxes.
* Responsible for receiving, shipping and storing of inventory.
* Monitor inventory levels and compile reports for required purchase order.
* Handle return and damaged items.
* Assisting warehouse supervisor doing some labour related tasks and unload containers.
* Participate in local major trade shows 2-4 times a year.

Near the border of Markham and Pickering (close to Hwy 7 and York-Durham Line) no public transportation is around, need your own car to arrive to the workplace. Pay above current new minimum wage with other benefits. Positions available very soon. Pay Structure:
Base Salary ($19.00 during the probation period) (6 - 10% Increase after the Probation Period, ie $20 or above) Monthly End Qualified Bonus; Once probation period is over, an immediate salary raise depends on your job performance and commitment.
