Westcott Farms is seeking Market Garden Workers / Vegetable Farm Workers.

Duties include planting, weeding, irrigating, fertilizing, harvesting, sorting, grading and packing field-grown vegetables and fruit. Workers will also clean work areas, load and unload produce and supplies, and assist with general crop and farm work.

This is physically demanding outdoor work in a variety of weather conditions, including hot, cold, wet and dusty conditions. Work involves repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching and kneeling. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Early mornings and weekends may be required.

No experience required; training will be provided.
No degree, certificate or diploma required.

Employment: Seasonal, Full-Time
Hours: 40–60 hours per week
Wage: $17.60 per hour
