We have owned this truck for the last 9 years and overall it has been very good for us. Recently the transmission failed so we had it replaced (May 11, 2026) and it has been great ever since. Unfortunately, now the rear diff is now making some noises and I do not have the time to fix it. Used rear axle assemblies are only $155 from Picknpull, if I had the time I would replace it and keep driving this truck. So, my loss is your gain. It has the usual F150 rust issues but I have otherwise kept up on the maintenance:
New windshield
A/C blows nice & cold,
4X4 works great
5.4L has lots of life still, no leaks
Interior is in good shape
Topper with roof rack
Tires are approx 50%
Trailer hitch with brake controller
It has an exhaust manifold leak ever since I bought it, it's not getting worse and only makes noise on cold starts
The truck is still licensed and registered so test drives are possible
Vehicle is located in Cochrane
