The Haulfather Inc. is hiring experienced Class 1 / AZ drivers for Canada–USA long-haul dry van freight.

COMPENSATION
Base pay: $0.35/km with performance growth tiers up to $0.50/km
Month 1 completion bonus: $400
Month 2 completion bonus: $800
Month 3 ongoing retention bonus: $300/month
Multi-load efficiency bonus: $50–$100
Load securement bonus: $100/month
Early issue detection bonus: $100–$250
Detention pay
Layover pay
Quarterly safety bonuses

REQUIREMENTS
Valid Class 1 or AZ licence — minimum 3 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
Clean driver's abstract (must be able to provide current copy)
Legally authorized to work in Canada
Able to enter the United States commercially
Mountain and winter driving experience preferred
Dry van / highway / long-haul experience preferred
Professional attitude, strong communication, and respect for equipment
