Now Hiring: Lead Hand Framer / Carpenter – Full-Time
Location: Greater Toronto Area (Toronto, Vaughan, Mississauga & Surrounding)
NailedIt Contracting is a fast-growing framing and rough carpentry company specializing in residential new construction, renovations, and structural restorations across the GTA. We’re currently looking for a Lead Hand Framer / Carpenter to join our team full-time and take a key role on-site.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 4 years of framing/carpentry experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Strong math skills and understanding of framing measurements
Solid knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and local construction standards
Skilled in all aspects of framing: floor, wall, roof systems, structural retrofits, etc.
Physically capable of lifting 80 lbs and working in fast-paced environments
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors year-round
Proven leadership ability to direct and support crew members effectively
Must have up-to-date PPE and safety certifications (e.g., Working at Heights)
Must have reliable transportation to job sites
