PhasePro is an upcoming Android toolkit developed for Canadian electricians and electrical apprentices. We are looking for a small group of electrical workers to test the app before its public Google Play release.
PhasePro currently includes:
• Three-phase circuit and colour lookup
• Conduit-fill calculator
• Voltage-drop calculator
• Box-fill calculator
• Bonding-conductor sizing
• Conductor ampacity lookup
• Panel balancing and directory scanning
• Field notes and material order lists
• Light and dark modes
Selected testers will receive complimentary PhasePro Pro testing access through an individual Google Play promotional code, allowing every tool to be evaluated.
Testers will be asked to:
• Install the open-testing version through Google Play
• Try the tools relevant to their work
• Report calculation discrepancies, layout problems, crashes, or confusing wording
• Provide private feedback about what should be improved
No public Google Play rating or review is required, and positive feedback is not expected. Honest criticism is the purpose of the test.
You will need:
• A compatible Android phone or tablet
• A Google Play account
• Canadian electrical trade knowledge
PhasePro is a calculation and planning aid. Testers must independently verify electrical results against applicable codes, field conditions, equipment instructions, and local requirements.
