You will be living with me, a 45-year old guy. I am clean and quiet. I rarely drink, and am looking for a roommate who doesn't party often. I have to get up early for work, so don't want to be kept up late.

Parkade parking is available. The building is no smoking, no pets. The bathroom is shared.

The bow river park and bike trail is a block away. There are multiple grocery stores within a short walk. The C-train station is three blocks away.
