CBN Contracting is looking for a reliable laborer to join a small, hands-on roofing crew based out of Morinville and the Sturgeon County area (occasionally St. Albert, and sometimes into Edmonton).

**What you'll be doing:**
Tear-off, cleanup, and prep work alongside the owner-operator. This is a hands-on role where you'll learn the trade — shingling comes later, once you've shown you know what you're doing. Day-to-day: pulling shingles, hauling debris, passing material, general site labor.

**Pay:**
$18–$30/hr depending on experience. Flat day rate negotiable for the right person who brings real value to the job.

**Requirements (must-have):**
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation to job sites — we work out of town most days

**Nice to have (not required):**
- Your own basic hand tools
- CSTS-09 / Fall Protection certification
- Roofing or general labor/construction experience

**Schedule:**
Casual — typically 3–5 days/week, up to 6 some weeks. No Sundays, weekends generally off.

**Safety gear:**
If you already have your own, great. If not, it'll be provided when the job requires it.

**Start:**
If you're available, asap. First shift is a trial run for both of us — a chance to see if it's a good fit before we commit further.
