Condition: Used wristwatch with "as new" look but in "requires service" condition

I acquired this lightly used "Swiss Made" wristwatch through an auction some time ago. By its look, this timepiece is preserved in close to perfect condition. Unfortunately, the watch won't wind/start up and its bracelet's prong is very shaky/loose; thus it will require a visit to a repair shop which is why my asking price is very low compared to other retailers. On the back of the bracelet/band, there is an engraving that states "A384EAP"; as per several references, abbreviation "EAP" indicates pre-owned inventory with third-party replacement parts meaning the watch is not new. The timepiece comes in its original box, and there are Patek Philippe's markings all over it/box. But I am not an expert in watches, so I can't verify if it is of an authentic composition; however, I could assume it's a super clone. By the look, this beautiful wristwatch looks exactly the same as other models of Nautilus 7011 in photos of other retailers. Its bracelet is made of stainless steel. This ad's photographs are of this exact wristwatch which is currently sold.
