We are currently hiring sales agents for Rogers Communications, leading provider of telecom services across Canada. This is a door-to-door sales position. You will be required to knock on doors, complete sales, as well as follow up with your customers via telephone. Pay is very competitive but you must have the capacity to complete sales.

Training takes place in Milton ON. You MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND ALL DATES.
- Monday Aug 17th from 11AM-4:30PM
- Tues Aug 18th from 11AM-2:30PM
- Wed Aug 19th from 11AM-7:30PM (Field training)
- Thurs Aug 20th from 11AM-8PM (Field training)

. We work with leading Canadian telecom brands across the GTA, with competitive offers and a robust booking procedure. The goal is to incite and record customer interest in an accurate and professional manner. The focus is on maximizing customer retention and minimizing cancellation risk.

This is a sales job. You will be tasked with closing your own leads and completing sales at our kiosk locations, and over the phone. If performance is good, we can also staff you at various events in the GTA whenever we have them booked.

Qualifications
- This is a sales position. We will provide training, but you are expected to close telecom sales in-person/over the phone, and follow up with your own leads.
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience in Canada required. (Field, retail, door to door, telephone, etc)
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a telecom environment. (Field, retail, door to door, telephone, etc)
- Proficient English speaking and writing skills. Must be able to accurately type information into a computer.
- Possess the initiative and ability to memorize information regarding our products and services, and describe them accurately to potential customers
- Excellent customer service skills. Must be professional and polite at all times.
- Strong conflict resolution skills. Handle objections respectfully and provide customer solutions.
- Candidate must be punctual and committed to their schedules. Tardiness and absenteeism is not tolerated.
- Ability to drive/commute to our office near College Station in Toronto, as well as the GTA locations we provide. Currently we are looking to staff our location in North York at Keele and Lawrence.

Hours
- Generally 4-5 shifts per week. We can accommodate various starting times for you, so long as you are PUNCTUAL. We will also try to accommodate locations that are convenient for you (though we cannot guarantee any specific area).

Pay
- Base commission
- Commission paid every 2 weeks for installed sales
- Agent is responsible for returning all company materials (e.g. iPad) in the same condition, before the last payment is administered.
