Job Description
As a Sales Store Associate, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming shopping experience for families while helping customers find the right products for their children. You will support daily store operations, maintain an attractive and organized sales floor, and contribute to achieving store sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable children’s products.
Explain product features, benefits, sizing and pricing clearly.
Assist parents and families in making confident purchasing decisions.
Process purchases, returns and exchanges accurately.
Maintain an organized, clean and visually appealing store.
Restock merchandise and maintain proper product displays.
Check inventory and communicate low-stock items to management.
Support merchandising, promotions and seasonal displays.
Help achieve individual and store sales targets.
Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
Follow store policies, safety procedures and cash-handling standards.
Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
