Transport Depot is looking for an experienced 310T Licensed Truck & Coach Technician to join our maintenance team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy troubleshooting and keeping equipment on the road, and want to be part of a team where your experience is valued, we want to hear from you.

The Opportunity: As a 310T Mechanic, you will play an important role in keeping our fleet safe, reliable, and road ready. You’ll work on a variety of trucks and trailers, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform repairs and preventative maintenance, and complete required safety inspections.

Dedicated Fleet: You’ll work exclusively on our company-owned fleet of trucks and trailers. You’ll get to know the equipment, understand its history, and take pride in keeping our fleet safe, reliable, and road ready. No outside customer vehicles or third-party repair work.

The freedom to do your job: Our mechanics are experienced professionals. We trust your knowledge and judgment and give you the autonomy to diagnose, prioritize, and complete your work without unnecessary micromanagement.

What You Bring
• Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician Licence or Red Seal certification
• Experience diagnosing and repairing trucks and trailers
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience completing Annual Safety Inspections
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to maintain accurate and organized work orders
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and multitasking skills
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Able to communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal
• A team-oriented attitude and professional approach
