Proposed One-Year Pilot
The proposed partnership may include:
Leasing a suitable Niagara Falls venue for one year
Sharing approved rent and setup expenses
Establishing a documented operating budget
Defining responsibilities, ownership and revenue distribution
Creating opportunities for creators, technicians and service professionals
Reviewing results after one year
Choosing to continue, restructure or separate according to written exit terms
An eligible partner contribution may be recoverable from distributable project profits only if—and exactly as—defined in the final written agreement.
