Ready! Set! Paint! is expanding our crew and looking for experienced, talented painters to join our team.

We specialize in high-quality interior and exterior painting projects, and we take pride in the standards we set for our work and our people. What We’re Looking For

Successful candidates must:

- Have a minimum of 3 years of professional painting experience
- Have a reliable vehicle and dependable transportation
- Have and maintain professional painter whites
- Be fluent in English
- Be comfortable and capable of working at heights
- Be available and willing to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Take pride in their workmanship and consistently maintain a professional appearance
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team
- Be receptive to constructive feedback and committed to continuous improvement

Who We’re Not Looking For

We are looking for dependable professionals who take their work seriously. This position is not a good fit for individuals who:

- Have a pattern of chronic lateness or absenteeism
- Report to work under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Do not maintain a professional, presentable appearance
- Use excessive profanity or inappropriate language in the workplace
- Are unwilling to work as part of a team
- Are unable or unwilling to accept constructive criticism

Compensation & Trial Period

Your compensation will be based on skill, quality of workmanship, productivity, reliability, and overall performance.

All new hires will complete a one-week trial period at $28/hour. Following the trial period, your compensation rate will be reviewed based on your performance and experience.

We pay well for top talent. If you are highly skilled, productive, reliable, and take pride in your work, there is significant opportunity to earn accordingly.

Pay is issued weekly, with one week held back.
