Notes

2. The machine is a specific one for maintaining the cylinder, it must be fixed on the worktable, and the impact should be avoided.
3. Before the motor is started, the feed clutch should be firstly disengaged so as to avoid the phenomenon that after starting, automatic feed is conducted to make the spindle impact on the flat surface and damage the driving system.
4. Before using the new machine, all the oil rings should be wholly filled with oil once and then can be utilized.
5. When the machine is used, it should be frequently kept clean. If it is not used for a long time, the anti-rust grease should be applied to the exposed and finished surface.

Usage Method
1. Before boring and repair of the cylinder, check whether the surface of the cylinder is clean and flat and free of dirt and impurities or not.
2. The cylinder to be bored is placed under the base plate of the machine, the center of the cylinder hole is determined, the cylinder body is fixed, and then the boring operation can be carried out.
3. The motorcycle cylinders needing holes with diameters of 39-70mm and depth of being smaller than or equal to 160mm can be maintained. If the suitable fixtures are fitted, other cylinders with the corresponding requirements can also be maintained.
