I’m looking for a student roommate to share a clean and comfortable 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo in Akinsdale, St. Albert. I’m a NAIT student and will be the only other person living in the condo. The property owners do not live in the unit.

I’m mainly looking for another student and would prefer someone interested in staying for the full fall and winter school year, approximately September through the end of April.

The condo is approximately 912 sq. ft. and includes:
• Private bedroom
• Spacious shared living room and kitchen
• Fireplace
• Balcony
• Dishwasher
• Storage room
• Laundry on the same floor
• Energized parking stall available
• 1.5 bathrooms

You would have near-private use of the main bathroom. I have my own half-bath, so I would mainly only use the main bathroom for the shower.

I’m looking for someone clean, respectful, responsible, and easy to live with. I’m fairly independent and would like to keep the condo relaxed, tidy, and comfortable for both of us.

The condo is in a quiet residential area of Akinsdale, close to parks, shopping, and everyday amenities.

Student preferred. Looking for a fixed-term roommate for the fall and winter school year.
