We specialize in residential and commercial exterior cleaning using safe soft washing and pressure washing techniques. Our services include house washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, concrete and driveway cleaning, moss removal, and other exterior property maintenance services. Job Duties
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the daily activities of exterior cleaning technicians.
- Assign work to crew members and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards.
- Inspect completed work to ensure customer expectations, company standards, and safety requirements are met.
- Train new employees in exterior cleaning techniques, equipment operation, workplace safety procedures, and company policies.
- Prepare work schedules and coordinate staffing requirements for residential and commercial cleaning projects.
- Ensure employees properly operate and maintain pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and related equipment.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment, and arrange replenishment as required.
- Resolve on-site operational issues and respond to customer inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain records of work completed, employee attendance, equipment maintenance, and materials used.
- Participate in exterior cleaning projects as required to support the crew.

Employment Requirements
- Completion of secondary school.
- At least 2 years of experience in the cleaning industry, including supervisory experience or experience leading a crew.
- Experience with pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, or similar exterior cleaning services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to train and supervise employees while maintaining high quality standards.
- Physically capable of performing manual work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work at heights and safely operate ladders and related equipment.
