We are immediately hiring a Concierge Security Guard for a condominium property in Hamilton, Ontario.

We are looking for a professional, reliable, and customer-service-oriented Security Guard with 1–3 years of security experience, preferably in a condominium setting.

Location: Hamilton, ON

Important: Candidates must live in the Hamilton area or have reliable transportation to and from the property. Access to a vehicle is considered an asset.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1–3 years of security experience
Previous condominium security experience preferred
Valid Ontario Security Guard License
Mature, reliable, and honest
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Strong observation, report writing, and record-keeping skills
Excellent judgment, common sense, and decision-making abilities
Ability to operate security systems, CCTV, computers, and radios
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent customer service skills
Comfortable walking, standing, and conducting regular patrols
Legally eligible to work full-time in Canada
Must live in or have reliable transportation to the Hamilton area
POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide professional concierge and security services
Inspect and patrol the premises regularly
Monitor property entrances and access points
Authorize or deny entry to people and vehicles as required
Monitor CCTV and surveillance systems
Secure exits, doors, and windows
Respond to alarms promptly and appropriately
Report suspicious activities, incidents, and unusual occurrences
Assist residents, visitors, and individuals in need
Maintain accurate daily activity and security reports
Complete detailed incident reports when required
Help maintain a safe and secure environment for residents and visitors

Rapid alarm response and strong situational awareness are essential for this position.
