C Tech Fix – Oshawa is hiring an Outgoing Part-Time Store Associate for morning and weekend shifts.

This position is for current College or University students.

We are looking for someone who is confident, friendly, energetic, and comfortable communicating with customers. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Compensation

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers
• Answer phone calls and customer messages
• Help customers with products, repairs, and wireless services
• Assist with sales and customer inquiries
• Work as part of a team
• Receive devices and create repair tickets
• Keep customers updated on their repairs
• Learn phone and electronics repair
• Complete repairs once trained
• Keep the store organized and professional

Who We’re Looking For

✅ Comfortable answering calls and messages
✅ Strong teamwork skills
✅ Reliable and punctual
✅ Willing to learn sales and technical repair skills

This is a customer-facing role. You must be comfortable approaching customers, starting conversations, answering questions, and communicating clearly.

No repair experience is required — we will train the right person.
