NOW HIRING: PLAYSCHOOL TEACHER’S AIDE

Part-Time | Mondays & Wednesdays | 8:45 AM – 11:45 AM

Our playschool is looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Teacher’s Aide to join our team!

This is a part-time position working 2 mornings per week, supporting our playschool teacher and helping create a fun, safe, and positive environment for our children.

Responsibilities

- Work closely with the playschool teacher to support the daily classroom routine
- Assist children with daily tasks and activities
- Help with classroom preparation and set-up
- Assist with clean-up and maintaining an organized classroom
- Support children during play, activities, snack time, transitions, and other daily routines
- Help create a welcoming and encouraging environment where children feel supported and included
- Assist the teacher as needed throughout the morning

Requirements

- ECE Level 1 certification required
- Current criminal record check required
- Previous experience working with children is an asset, particularly in a day home, daycare, preschool, or playschool setting
- Reliable, patient, caring, and energetic
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- A genuine enjoyment of working with young children

Hours

Mondays & Wednesdays
8:45 AM – 11:45 AM
Part-time | 6 hours per week
