We’re looking for an energetic, friendly, and customer-focused Front of House Staff member to join our restaurant team. You’ll be one of the first faces our guests see and play an important role in making every visit welcoming, enjoyable, and memorable.

What You’ll Do
Welcome guests with a warm, positive attitude and assist with seating
Provide friendly, attentive service throughout the guest experience
Accurately enter orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
Process cash and card payments accurately and responsibly
Maintain balanced cash registers and follow proper cash-handling procedures
Answer guest questions and confidently recommend food and beverage options
Help promote menu items and upsell when appropriate
Keep dining areas, service stations, and food-handling areas clean, organized, and sanitary
Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures
Assist with basic food preparation and support the kitchen team when needed
Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining excellent service
Communicate clearly with guests and team members to keep service running smoothly

What We’re Looking For
Previous restaurant or food-service experience is strongly preferred, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Strong attention to detail
Basic math skills and confidence handling cash
Experience with POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
The ability to multitask in a busy restaurant environment
A team-oriented mindset and willingness to help wherever needed
The ability to stay calm, organized, and professional during busy shifts
A genuine interest in creating a great experience for every guest
