We are hiring experienced Dispatcher to join our growing company.
Must have 3 years of experience in Dispatch
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to find profitable loads and effectively manage drivers
Strong knowledge of routes, freight rates, and load boards
Ability to manage schedules and solve problems quickly
Responsible, honest, hardworking, and reliable on time punctual
Ability to help grow the company and build long-term business relationships
Ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with transportation regulations
Proficiency with dispatch software, Microsoft Office, load boards and basic accounting is must
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Languages ENGLISH, PUNJABI, HINDI IS MUST ALSO.
