Part-Time Property Manager Nelson

Part-time Property Manager wanted. Work includes
Posting Ads from apartments, showing apartments, and doing move in and move out condition reports.

Need someone with good communication skills who lives in Nelson who is available to start immediately. (We have 2 apartments to rent by Sept 1st!)

This work is part-time contract work.

Previous Property Management experience desirable.
Pay is by the hour or contract rate for each item performed.
