Northern Staffing is hiring!
We are looking for experienced and reliable Masons / Bricklayers / Restoration Technicians to join our team and work on residential, commercial, and industrial restoration projects.
Position
Mason / Bricklayer – Restoration Technician
Compensation
$20–$26/hour, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lay bricks, blocks, stones, and other masonry materials
Perform masonry and building restoration work
Mix mortar and prepare surfaces for installation
Perform stone masonry, including cutting, shaping, carving, and laying
Perform waterproofing, balcony and concrete restoration
Complete sealant/caulking replacement and related restoration work
Work at heights using scaffolding, suspended platforms, and aerial lifting equipment
Operate hand and power tools, jackhammers, concrete mixers, and other equipment
Maintain clean and safe work areas
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Assist with inspections, documentation, and reporting job progress
✅ Requirements
Previous experience in masonry, bricklaying, or building restoration preferred
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
Must have required PPE, including hard hat and safety boots
Strong physical stamina and reliable attendance
Experience with hand/power tools and restoration equipment is an asset
