Experienced Paving Foreman / Crew Lead

We are looking for an **experienced Paving Foreman / Crew Lead** to oversee and work alongside our asphalt paving crew. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong paving experience who can keep crews productive, organized, safe, and on schedule.

**Responsibilities**

* Lead and supervise paving crews on daily projects
* Coordinate labour, equipment, trucks and materials
* Direct paving operations including grading/prep, asphalt placement, raking and compaction
* Ensure proper grades, slopes, drainage, elevations and finished quality
* Read plans, measurements and job specifications
* Operate paving and construction equipment as required
* Organize daily job-site setup and workflow
* Monitor productivity and keep projects on schedule
* Ensure equipment is inspected and maintained
* Enforce company safety procedures and proper PPE
* Communicate with management, customers, operators and crew members
* Train and mentor crew members
* Troubleshoot job-site issues and make field decisions

**Requirements**

* Minimum 3–5 years of asphalt paving experience preferred
* Previous foreman or crew-lead experience
* Strong knowledge of asphalt paving, grading and compaction
* Experience operating paving equipment
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Valid driver’s licence
* Physically capable of working outdoors in varying conditions
* Must be dependable, organized and safety-focused
