HF Group is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading automotive dealership in Ontario (located in Etobicoke & Mississauga). We are currently recruiting reliable and motivated candidates for multiple full-time positions with immediate start opportunities.

-Shuttle Driver

Pay
-$17.60–$18.50/hour (SIN Payroll)
-4% Vacation Pay
-Biweekly payroll (paid every other Friday)

Schedule
>Full-time hours
>Start time: 8:00 AM
>8–10 hour shifts
>Monday–Sunday availability is required (1–2 days off per week, scheduled by the manager)
>30-minute unpaid lunch break

Job Duties
>Shuttle Driver
Shuttle vehicles between vendors, storage yards, and dealership facilities.
Support vehicle onboarding and detailing teams as required.
Assist with organizing vehicles in the warehouse and outdoor lots.
Conduct basic vehicle checks and report any issues or damage.
Ensure vehicles are handled safely and in accordance with company policies.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements.
Meet daily shuttle and turnaround targets.
Work closely with the Production team to support inventory readiness.

>Car Detailer
Pressure wash and clean the exterior of vehicles.
Steam clean, extract, and vacuum vehicle interiors.
Polish swirl marks and light scratches.
Dress tires and maintain exterior finishes.
Monitor and replenish detailing supplies and equipment.
Help improve detailing processes and efficiency.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

>Vehicle Inspector
Inspect incoming vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and basic mechanical issues.
Identify and report concerns that do not meet quality standards.
Safely move, start, and park vehicles around the lot.
Record inspection results using checklists and digital tools.
Work closely with reconditioning, detailing, and mechanical teams to maintain vehicle flow.
Perform basic troubleshooting for minor vehicle issues.
Keep inspection areas organized and follow all safety procedures.

Requirements
Shuttle Driver: Valid G Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract.
Car Detailer & Vehicle Inspector: Valid G2 or G Driver's Licence.
Own vehicle required for commuting.
Previous experience in an automotive dealership or automotive environment is an asset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Excellent English communication
