SIX Month house-sitter required / sub-lease of a TINY HOME, situated on a farm just 5 minutes outside of Guelph. Dates: Oct 1 to April 1. I am going to Central America for the entire cold/dark season. This house is fully furnished. There is extra storage if you need it. TOTAL COST is 4800 for the 6 months, which equates to 800 per month, all utilities included. There is excellent wifi here, great well water, off-grid electricity, a woodstove, chickens, and freezers full of food. Lots of parking. The principal chores are keeping the place warm (so the pipes dont freeze), and spoiling my lovely chickens with nice food. I will be screening applicants to find the best fit.
