Available: September 1st
Price: $1076/month

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- This bedroom is on the main floor along with one other bedroom and the kitchen. The basement level contains the bathroom, common living area, and one other bedroom.
- There is currently a queen-sized bed in the room left over from the previous roommate. You are free to use it, but if you'd like it removed before moving in, that's no problem
-This apartment is shared with myself and two other roommates. I have a cat, new pets are welcome (the previous roommate had a large dog and a cat). All of us are LGBTQ friendly.
- There is a washer on dryer on-site as well as a clothes line in the back yard. The washer and dryer takes loonies, the dryer tends to be unreliable during the winter. There is a laundromat about a five minute walk away.
- There is a back patio. The back yard is unfortunately off limits to residents
- No on-site parking, you can apply for street parking and we are also about a 5 minute walk from Ossington Station
About me- 35, active musician, he/they, working from home as a software developer on the weekdays. I'm typically out in the evenings. Would love to have another musician as a roommate, but that is not at all a requirement. I enjoy cooking and will sometimes make dinner for everyone living here. I typically keep to myself, but usually don't mind being bothered for questions or to chat. I keep my bedroom door closed if I want to be left alone.
Roommates: One woman in her early 30s, and a non-binary AFAB in their early-mid 20s. They live downstairs and tend to keep pretty quiet, I almost never hear from them
