We are looking for Ubuntu Community Growth Partners - a unique blend of community connector, sales representative and brand ambassador. This opportunity may be a strong fit for you if you have trusted relationships, community access, social­media skills, creative talent or the ability to connect people with valuable services. WHAT YOU WILL DO As an Ubuntu Community Growth Partner, you may: • Introduce Ubuntu to churches, cultural associations, neighbourhood groups, colleges, businesses and community organizations • Generate qualified leads for moving and event-rental services • Help organize approved community events, games days and promotional activations • Share Ubuntu services through social media, WhatsApp groups and personal networks • Connect Ubuntu with community leaders and event organizers • Help identify opportunities where Ubuntu can support, serve and build long-term relationships • Represent the Ubuntu brand professionally and accurately HOW YOU EARN Each Growth Partner receives a unique tracking code or referral link. You earn commission when an eligible customer referred through your code completes and pays for an approved Ubuntu moving or event-rental booking. This is a performance-based opportunity. There is no guaranteed salary, hourly wage or minimum income. Commission is paid only on eligible completed and fully paid bookings, according to the Ubuntu Growth Partner Agreement. COMMUNITY IMPACT AND IDEAL CANDIDATES UBUNTU COMMUNITY IMPACT Ubuntu Growth Partners do more than generate sales. Eligible bookings may also earn non-cash Community Impact Credits for an approved community connected to the partner. These credits may be redeemed for selected Ubuntu services, such as: • A complimentary move for a senior nominated by the community • Community games or event-rental support • Approved Ubuntu community activations • Other non-cash community benefits This allows the partner to earn income while helping their community receive meaningful support.
