What We’re Looking For

* Preferably 20–30 years old
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Professional appearance and positive attitude
* Excellent work ethic and willingness to learn
* Ambitious with a desire to grow personally and professionally
* Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and communicate confidently with customers
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
* Valid Ontario driver’s licence with a clean driving record

Experience

* Previous towing experience is an asset, but not required
* We provide hands-on training for motivated candidates

Compensation & Growth

* Commission-based compensation
* Dedicated, motivated operators have historically earned approximately $6,000–$7,000 per month, depending on performance and call volume
* Top-performing operators have the potential to earn $10,000 per month, with opportunities to earn even more as they gain experience, improve their sales skills, and consistently perform at a high level
