Her name is Bella and she is a 3 yr old Staffordshire terrier. It appears after speaking with mall security at Normanview Crossing (Cineplex) that she may have been taken while tied up outside of the mall. Security said that a Male and female of native decent were seen feeding and petting her while she was waiting for her owner who had went into the grocery store. They also noted that a grey SUV was parked beside them and that when they did the next patrol a few minutes later she as well as the two individuals and the SUV were all gone.
