1 PERSON PER ROOM ONLY. Maximum 2 people in the whole unit

Not for couples. Pets are not welcome in the building

No lease. You can extend as long as you want. Very Flexible stay. Daily, Weekly by week, or every 3 week rental on a continuous basis. Month to month is $35 per night.

We require a Valid Driver’s License or a valid passport for you to rent

Queen size Bed size bed in the room

Rates: 1 room per person only

$35 to $65 per night per room per person depending on how long you are staying

Deposit: $150 (key and fob) this will be refunded on your check out day.

A lot cheaper than staying in a Hotel

Elevator access

Furnished Bedroom. Chair and desk in each room.

High speed Wifi and all utilities are all included.

Bring your own toiletries, and your own cooking stuff if you wish to cook.

We DO NOT tolerate any drugs or smoking of any kind in the unit or building

NO visitors allowed in the house
Must be a clean renter.

Viewing time is only between 11 am-4 pm only. I can’t meet you in the evening I work in the evening I won’t be able to meet with you

Limited Parking first come first serve in the parking lot because it's in the downtown neighbourhood.

Parking pass: $100 to rent it will be refunded upon return. (Not necessary if you don’t have car).
