R. Baker & Sons Exteriors is looking to add motivated individuals to our growing team. We are currently hiring for Labourer and Lead Hand positions.

Labourer Requirements:
Valid G Class driver's licence with reliable transportation
Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
Comfortable working at heights
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work independently and with a team
Experience in siding, soffit, fascia, eavestrough, windows, or exterior renovations is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Lead Hand Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in exterior renovations
Experience with siding, soffit, fascia, eavestrough, windows and doors
Valid G Class driver's licence with reliable transportation
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read plans and work with minimal supervision
Comfortable working at heights
Strong attention to detail
Ability to train and mentor crew members

Preferred (for both positions):
Working at Heights certification (asset)
Experience operating ladders and scaffolding
Ability to work Monday–Friday with occasional overtime when required
