About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Infield Sales Representative to join our growing HVAC team. This is a full-time, commission-based opportunity with qualified appointments provided daily, allowing you to focus on meeting homeowners and closing sales. You will travel to pre-booked appointments, assess customer needs, present HVAC solutions, and help homeowners take advantage of available energy efficiency programs, rebates, financing options, and equipment upgrades.

Responsibilities
- Attend pre-qualified appointments provided by the company
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners
- Assess existing HVAC equipment and recommend appropriate solutions
- Present pricing, financing, and rebate options
- Build rapport and maintain a professional customer experience
- Follow up on leads and close sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and updates within the CRM system
- Travel daily to appointments throughout the GTA and surrounding areas

Requirements
- Previous HVAC sales experience is mandatory
- Valid Ontario G Driver's License
- Reliable vehicle and ability to travel daily
- Comfortable traveling within a 1 to 1.5-hour radius from Toronto
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and manage a full schedule

Compensation
- Full commission position with uncapped earning potential
- Qualified appointments provided by the company
- Ongoing support, training, and sales resources
- Earning potential of CA$72,000 - CA$350,000 per year
