There is a half bath right next to the bedroom and full private bathroom for you upstairs Street parking is available. You must be a non-smoker, provide references and a $300 security deposit.
The house is on 34 avenue and 112 street which is close to a bus stop that goes directly to Southgate mall and 8 km from the University of Alberta. I often work from home.
