Typically rotation includes Soybeans, Winter wheat, Barley and some hay.
Soil samples every 3 years
We take pride in soil health maintaining and improving it.
Landlord will have a full overview of our plans for the upcoming season as well as improvements we plan to make.
All driveways and hedge rows are kept maintained and trimmed back
Looking for anything in the majority of Queens County area
Based out of cavendish closer the better but willing to travel for the right land.
Rent is based off amount of acreage, location, and type of land (hilly, wet, rocky, etc)
