Excellent Condition Vintage Honderich Furniture 1960s Cedar-Lined Chest of Drawers

A genuine piece of Canadian craftsmanship from The Honderich Furniture Co. Ltd. of Milverton, Ontario — maker's stamp is crisp, fully legible, and stamped right on the piece (photo included). Honderich began making cedar chests in 1917 and this piece dates to the 1960s, right at the tail end of the original family-owned era before the company was sold.

This isn't your typical flat-top blanket chest — it's a hybrid cedar-lined chest of drawers, with a lift-top center section plus brass hardware, and tapered legs. More versatile and functional day-to-day than a plain lid chest.
